I have but wouldn't that be bad if I didn't tune it?

It's not bad. AdamZ has been running no tune and headers for awhile. The green cats are always an option as well.

If you don't want to void any warranty I agree with MikeyG don't do anything. There is no point to messing with the cats. IMHO

The setup I have right now sounds awesome the only problem is I like how the zl1 exhaust looks 10x more. I wanna switch to the zl1 but keep the sound

Your car is a '10 so the warranty should be going out anyway...

5 year 100K warranty on powertrain. he still has a few years/miles I'm sure. HF cats from the stock manifolds will get you some extra HP, buuuutttttt. rumors have it the JBA ones usually trip the CEL. Solo cats have a better history at not doing that. Personally if you aren't willing to go all out and get headers/cats with a tune then don't do it at all. That setup will net you close to 50RWHP with an intake already installed. Cats alone will maybe get you 15-20ish.

I'm assuming it's a '10 bought in '09, so it will be out next year. Cats will not give you 15-20 hp with stock manifolds.

I don't get it. You like your set up but you want to switch it. You don't want to void your warranty but you want to switch cats. IMHO. Don't do anything it's not worth it, your not gaining anything. If its looks your after, look into ZL1 body parts. Exhaust tips can be put on. Just trying to help you out.

The ZL1 system is CRAZY expensive. You should just get a quad tipped aftermarket system with good budget headers (Stainless Power, TSP).
