BLIZZARD

My LS is safely tucked away in the driveway, as we will be getting 22-30" of snow.
A storm of historic proportions.
Got to drive it last Friday while the roads were clean.

How about you guys?

You can blame me for the storm...
Gave mine a wash yesterday.
Didn't know about the blizzard at the time...
(I drive year round if no snow/wet salt).

Drove to work this morning in the camaro... didnt know about the storm. After getting 1/2" of snow by lunchtime I took her home and put her in the garage. Brought the Subaru (snow-eater) back to work for the afternoon.

Did a short review on driving in the snow Saturday with my car (Camaro in Snow in general forum) was pleased with how it went.

Tomorrow is going to be very bad, take care all and remember to take breaks when shoveling.

Generator is filled up with 5 gallons of gas, ATV with plow is filled with 5 gallons of gas, four 5 gal gas cans are full, truck is full, Camaro is full and Traverse is full. If we lose power, I should be good for a while.

I have a cool Generac generator fed by the natural gas line, 15 seconds power loss, the whole house is lit up by it. Good buy!

wish I had natural gas. I have generac gas 12K watts. Runs the essentials but not automatic have to use the transfer switch. But I have 30 gallons of gas to spare. But going to have to head out shortly and start moving snow. Snow blow my house, then plow my farthers house, then back home rest bit do my house again then dads house again then head to the shop earl tomorrow am fire up the backhoe and clear the yard and the building next door then back to dads house plow again then home clean up then beack to the shop to run the backhoe again then home final clean up. Head to work 4 am wednesday to do the finaly clean up there then around noon run to dads house to plow and salt last time. then pass out and die.

Staying put for the next 36 hours here in the Merrimack Valley. Predictions are 2'-3' by Wednesday morning. The pics should be spectacular. Stay tuned.

We haven't had a 30"+ storm here in quite a while.

My LS did really well during Saturday's storm. I got to drive it around a bit in 5" of snow. Up and down hills in the area around other cars that were stuck and spinning. Can't say enough about how this car handles the white stuff.

Having said that, she's not moving until Wednesday
