Pfadt headers not going on the ZL1

Well she was scheduled to go in on Tuesday for the headers install, well as I unpacked things for the trip in, ALL hardware was missing...no bolts, no clamps, no O2 extenders....nothing but the headers and cats.....So I placed a call to. Jannetty and Ted stepped up to the plate and will swap these out with a set of coated Dynatech LT headers.......... Ted your are the man!

Packing them back up in the box......let me tell ya, it was like a punch in the gut not finding the hardware, so glad that we have folks like Ted and Jannetty Racing!

Well with Pfadt gone...I'm surprised you even had headers in the box.

I would try to make the tri y headers
work. They are a quality piece. Wish they were still being made.

So i don't need to be jealous of you TriY anymore.
Waited weeks for my Pfadts to arrive at Jannetty. Went with Dynatech in the end, too.

If Ted says they are good, then i'm fine with it.

So what's going on with the headers that's going to Ted? I just want the headers no cats. Couldn't you just get some more bolts or clamps as o2 extenders to go to the headers.

Ted if you want to get rid of those I'll take them off your hand at a decent price since it's just the headers

Sam the hardware is nothing special. If you like I can inventory or measure what you need to install. Mine have not been installed yet so let me know and I'll help if I can.

I hope you're getting money back as well. Those Dynatechs are significantly cheaper. A straight up trade would be a robbery.

2 FIX3-CONN2 02 extenders

wow. all the parts your missing are just off the shelf parts so if you really wanted the tri y's just put them on. its not like phadt had the market corned on bolts, v band clamps, 02 extenders.

Hopefully the dynatech's clear the stearing shaft good I know I read that a member had that issue but could have just been a one time thing.

Ted seem to like that brand though and he seem to be a very knowledgable guy so hope the install goes well.

post back on the steering shaft issue if you would. I never know when people post issues if it is lack of mechanical aptitude, production variation in the car, or prodcution variation in the part.

I wish I would have know this I ordered headers for ted this last week I would have picked these up as is. then againt here have been people who have complained aobut them as well.
