Of course I plan on a DIY install and pics to follow!! From what homework I've done, it seems like a nice setup. I'd like the 3" but the 2.5 isn't too bad I guess. I went ahead with the DTY longtubes as well so I'm hoping that it's going to go in nicely. The DT website shows some rediculous dyno increases but we'll see for ourselves. 9rwhp and 20ftlbs torque on the Catback alone....? And 19rwhp and 33ftlbs or torque....!!! So 28/52ish total!??? I dunno....but it sounds and looks great. I've been waiting so that I can use a lift to take tits pictures during the install. Otherwise I'd have already installed it and been runnin around. Did you see the youtube video of it?? This was taken from the first one that they did. Just the DT Catback. Stocker manifolds. Can't wait to get ALL of it installed. WOOT!!! -Ivan |

Yea I am interested in this catback setup too. Need some video of sound at takeoff and at idle. Also need to know does it drone in the cabin. Saving up for a catback now, and I think the solo is going to be hard to beat. Should be about a month before I can get a catback system.

Doug Thorley Cat Back
Anyone tried it? I know a few of us have used the shorties and long tubes. Curious about the install and sound of the cat back. :-D

Pulled the trigger
Went ahead and ordered from marylandspeed.com. $499 shipped.
I will cancel my Pypes order as it continues to be back-ordered/delayed. Hopefully it will be here by next weekend. I will post install & review with sound clips once complete. |

Did you order them form Marylandspeed? I like the headers and what not, so this may not be a bad way to go. Cant wait to hear them!

I think that you will not be disappointed. Mine shipped out Thursday. Was planning on putting them on today but nope! Hopefully tomorrow or Tuesday. You need their LT's as well. Best (unknown) bolt on for the LS3 that I've seen so far. -Ivan |

I've got their shorties and Cat back on my car. The note is pretty quiet but I love the system.
