Ridetech-Drag

Hey guys looking to go to the drag strip soon and i was wondering if anyone could suggest what they set their dampening too with these coil overs. If a repersentative from ride tech is reading this what would you guys suggest? Have you guys done any tests to see what is the best settings are?

Thanks!

I suggest going just about full soft up front, and just about full hard in the rear, and play with it a little bit.

Best regards,

The Lingenfelter Black Pig required maxed out compression, but that was running HUGE RWHP. The lower the RWHP the softer the rear compression stroke should be. Up front you want minimal resistance on the rebound, but you want maximum compression on the compression. Pop up at launch and come down slow.

We need to know your RWHP and setup details.

HP-365
TQ-370
I have 315 Invo in the back.
1le 3.91 differential gears
i have the car tuned by Matt@FSP
My ZL spec pfadt sway bars are in the front and back they are between the soft and stiff position.
I brought the car to Chevy to get its alignment done and I so i really don't know what specs are but i am guessing they tried put it to stock.
the height i need to measure again about its around 655 in the back if i remember correctly and these coil overs are almost maxed out. The front I totally forgot what it was at. But what should they be at for a drag/street setup anyway?

You're probably going to want to start off soft on the rebound up front. In the back, you'll probably want to start out in the middle. These are just baselines, of course, but they're a good place to start.

Kyle has given you sound advice. Have you alignment checked. You'll want the rear Toe adjusted IN 0.12 per side. Rear Camber should be set to -0.50 per side. Start with 28 pounds in the rear. Let us know how she runs.
