dilemma tell me what you think - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

so ive had my new ss for about 6 months now. and i feel something is missing. i dont know if its the connection between the road and i that i had with my 98. if its bc of the bulkiness, performance, how high it sits etc. this is what im thinking; trading it in for a used 08+ c6. i owe about 16k on the ss before its paid off completely. or should i keep the camaro and build up on it?

I have read the pedders and other suspension/lowering mods, make it a much more enjoyable car.

have you driven a c6? they are low to the ground, but they feel very floaty in stock form IMO. they DO handle well, but the confidence they inspire.. not so much : )

you will run into the same problem. you'll have to mod it to feel more connected to the road. I am sure others will disagree

Its up to you..but I would keep the Camaro and mod the hell out of it. The Corvette is really nice, but you have a chance to make the Camaro yours, and yours alone.
