My BAD ZL1 2012 VR M6 # 1247
Ok, thought i would start my build thread since we have already begun the addiction. Here are some stock pics, it didnt stay that way long.

Next I added RiderGraphics stripes. Blacked out rear and side marker lights and all chrome, including bezels, and badging and the stabilzer bar under the hood, except for The ZL1 logos, which i left alone. Also, went to full limo tint all the way around and 50% on the front. Cant see out my side or back windows at night worth a crap but i like the way it looks. Also added Black Gorilla locking lug nuts. Also, during this time, we attended our first car show at the Pavillions in Scottsdale with the Arizona All Gens Camaro Club. It was here that I met the guys from IPF tuning and they offered to give my car a free Araid and dyno tune, so i said ok, because this was part of my planned mods anyway. So, i am also including pics of that install, and the dyno showing before tune, after tune, and after tune with Araid, and a vid of it on the dyno. Here are some pics after all this, sorry about the iphone quality.

Here is the first dyno #s, this is going to come into play and raise questions, because of the next dyno runs done over the last two days when we installed headers and HF cats and a 160 degree t-stat with corresponding tune to turn fans on at lower temp. Interesting numbers i will say for sure, but you will see when i get too it. For now look at these, some have already seen this, some of you haven't.

Ok, so next we did the JDP multi color changing halo kit. That was fun. And i really love the look, i drive with it on red most of the time all day and night, change to green when someone passes me, which doesnt happen much. Also love the 3 color flash setting, It flashes from red to green to blue, and if i set the speed of the flash fast enough it blends together and all you see is red and blue like cop lights, i have freaked a few people out in drive thru lines, and had some people on the freeway move out of my way for me. Ok, so next we have done 1 7/8" headers into 2 1/2" HF cats, we also did the 160 degree tstat and tune. This has added 44.9 rwhp to my car. Which if you have been following my build now puts me at + 101.9 added rwhp. Pretty good for just these mods i would say. Now, the interesting thing is when we did the base dyno before the headers they put my car at 646 bhp. Which is crazy with just an Araid and a tune. I didnt believe the numbers, so i brought my wife 2013 Black A6 ZL1 over there and had them do a baseline run on it because it is still all stock, and thier #s they got from hers corrected out at 581 bhp. So they are pretty much right on. Here are some pics of the dyno sheets before and after the install. I will post the pics, vid of install if Mark over at Speed Sports, in Gilbert, Az. recorded it like I asked him to. I also included to vids one with me revving the engine in neutral standing behind it, and another of me coming and passing by the camera with a high rpm shift into second.
