I don't see why not unless they dont make a hitch for it. My dad tows things every once in a while with his 96 LT1 6speed. He also used to tow a small onboard boat kinda like that one ^ but NOT as pretty with the 85 Z28, even up and down the ramp. And no we are not rednecks at all.

I used to tow a 16' Hobie Cat with a '74 Vega. I built and installed the hitch myself, never had a problem. Total weight was only around 600#.

I won't be doing any of that with my Camaro

If you can get a hitch for the camaro, you shouldn't have any problems towing something that small.

all depending on how you plan to tow 1500lbs of bikes, with the Camaro or your truck

the car's obviously got the power & depending on the tongue weight, the suspension might be able to handle it, but you have a truck. it's made for that kind of stuff!

I have a 7' X 14' Wells Cargo Trailer. I wanted something that would be fun to drive once there.

I don't want to sell the bike, if I just took one bike I would be trailering less that 900 lbs. Eureka Springs is fun place to spend a couple of days. Beautiful twisties for a car or motorcycle.

I would consider my Camaro could handle 900 miles to and from the mountains towing what I needed.

I could be wrong!!

I just want to mount a bike rack in it.

Anyone seen info on hitches from mfgrs like Rigid, Draw Tite, etc?

Personally I would not consider it and technically I am sure the Camaro can handle it. Give it a try when you get your car and let us know how it goes.

This sure reminds me of "You might be a redneck if....:

I really just don't think I would do that. 2003 Tahoe Z71 for that stuff.
