Question help with eagle eyes halos

Since i installed the halos i have been having problems with the passanger halo. when i use the remote start it doesnt stop flikering. it stops after i put the key foward and rev the engine for a little bit. people tell me that its because the halo doesnt have enough power. I know i used a rellay harness for the HID's for the same problem. the question is if i can buy and use the same rellay harness used for hid's for the halos? the rellay has a 40 amp and 12 volt rellay.

you can't have "more" ground. Your circuit is either grounded or it's not. There is a ground stud in the engine bay. It is on the driver's side, a little silver pole coming out from the inside of the fender. Right at the top near where the hood sits.
