THATS the way to play the game. It probably was one of the mis-heated ones and would have cut loose anyway but why push the issue of coverage. By the way, numbers can show up in the morning dew so clean well.

If that's the case, it's not like it's caused by a broken part. What is there to address? If you want your car to handle better, call Pedders. I think mine handles just fine.

I have no problem with it...the handling is probably WAY past whatever limit I would ever drive it at...

Pittsburgh Raceway Park... Prep was bad last night and he was on stock rubber that is why I was suprised when something popped, dont usually associate those 2 things with broken axles and driveshafts.

After looking it over, it was neither

Well this LS3 car pulls up to the staging beams on street tires, stages and tachs it up using launch control, I was standing directly next to it at the guard rail.

When he lets out the clutch the tires spin for a split second and then what sounded like someone firing a damn .45.

Engine was still running so he tried to pull away and it just free rev'd, after being pushed off to the side a couple of us climbed under the car and the axles are fine, driveshaft is fine and the transmission goes through all gears smoothly... I am 99.9% sure he shattered the output shaft on the T6060 as had been reported happening to some of these cars.

So should this be a lesson to not beat on your cars? Hell no, go out there and beat the piss out of it to see if you have a problem that can be fixed while you still have a factory warranty! Obviously GM Knows about the T6060 output shaft failures so how many more weak T6060's are out there?

Only thing is...if you take it to the track, isn't that automatic warranty void?

I don't think so as long as you keep your car's power train stock. I think you are thinking about insurance. If you wreck your car at a track, insurance will not cover the damage.

Read your paperwork, if you take your vehicle to the track, your warrenty is null and void, IF they find out about it
