Hi i got 265 30 22 in front and 305 30 22 rear and i wanna lower,i wonder how much i can go wit 25 offset in rear so tires do stick out past wheel well a bit to clear caliper but how much would u lower

I went down an inch and had the wheels sticking out past the well slightly but the rears would hit the fender when I went over bumps. If you want to lower you're going to need to get those wheels tucked under a little bit or risk damaging tires and potentially the fenders

I did 1" drop with stock SS rims and tires and my car sits perfect, IMO. However, being that your offset puts the rear wheel outside the fender I would be careful lowering your car because with my stock wheels they sit inside the fender and it looks like they may rub if I hit speed bumps, dips, or pot-holes if they were to sit with a offset such as yours. Go really slow over bumps... Just food for thought. If it were me I would not lower it due to your offset but rather have tucked in wheels then you could drop lower... Good luck

Yep, you're gonna want a different wheel if want to lower the car.

Pretty sure a +35 through +43 offset on the rear is needed to drop a car anything from 1" and lower... Especially with 305's or 315's. A Camaro with +25 offset on the rear may just need to stay almost stock height to keep from having issues.

Im gonna drop 1" n see what happens,i barely drive car on summer weekends and i have a designated route that is smooth as it gets in chicagoland area
