Heads

What do ppl think about porting your heads or buying some low cost aftermarket? I know porting is the poor man's way, I'm looking to squeeze a lil more out of her. My goal 500-520rwhp. My cam is a lil bigger than most. .236/.251 with I forget over 605 lift with 113 lsa +4. Ive seen some (stock cnc) at TSP, I believe for like $1500.

Porting and polishing heads is an excellent way to pick up another 20-30rwhp or so...I use Advanced Induction personally, and usually just send off stock castings for him to do for us. I have great results with his work, you can check it out in some of our Customer Build Blogs!
