I love the "Copyright" the most...

Like it's going to keep kids from distributing it all over the place.

Looking forward to some departures from this look as well.

I feel like I'm watching a slow motion strip tease... Just take it off already, we've seen enough dancing.

Now I KNOW this is a decoy car. It has a sunroof.

Nobody that wants to take this car to the strip is gonna order a sunroof, cause your helmet jamming into the roof all day will probably make you a parapeligic.

i'm excited about a z/28 (Z28? z-28?) but will withhold judgment until the production model surfaces. testing is something that needs to be done and this is just a test mule.

i believe it looks great. i hope they dont change it too much from how the ss and v6 look from the front. i don't worry to much about the outside, it will still look amazing. i just hope the engine will have the power we all hope it has to beat the other competitors

It looks like to me that Chevy is putting far more effort into the Z28 than they did the SS. I guess bankruptcy can do that to a company. Hopefully the improvements for the 2012 Z/28 will filter down to every trim level for 2012.

Why do you say that? There were a lot of testing shots we saw in the early years of the SS... As they have stated many times for all of the trim levels, they are want to make sure it is right before it is released.

Lose the sunroof? Why not the whole top?

Inlets would look way better on the sides of the cowl, IMO.

And............ keep the hood pins, please.

What about the engine??

I've been out of the forum for several weeks, so forgive me if I'm asking a question already answered, but: what is the final engine configuration choosen for the Z28?? Has any reliable source come up with this info yet???

Also, what will be the choosen transmission for this car???

The final shape, whatever it is, will be O.K. since it is already based in our car which is a visual hit in itself (I get reminded every day!!).

The engine configuration & set up and the tranny mated to it will make or break the car in the end

Safe driving to everyone,

The Flash

nothing official, still speculation. more then likely the manual will be a tr6060 or if you're into the aftermarket called the t-56 magnum. as for the engine. some 6.2L that's supercharged. . .lol.

what about suspension. . .i think that will make or brake the car as much as the engine and transmission setup.

Pretty sure that is a similar hood to the T2 Bumblebee Camaro. At least it looks like it in the second picture. The first pic just looks weird.

It looks as if they laid a zen rake or snow shovel on top of the hood scoop to break up the lines from the front intake opening on the hood. I may be wrong but that is what it looks like to me. JMHO.
