Loudest exhaust system?
Hi gents,
Just wanted to ask you guys what's the loudest exhaust for the Camaro. I live in the EU (Bulgaria) and there aren't really any norms about how loud your exhaust can be or stuff like that, so you can pretty much put anything. Now I don't want some racing type of exhausts, just something that will make my soon-to-arrive 2014 sound mean

+1 ^^^^^ i had the ATAK system on stock manifolds and it was loud as EF, so i can only imagine headers + ATAK ..... thatd be nasty!! the rear section / cat back has to be the ATAK...no cats and pick whatever (quality) header youd like

I forgot to mention that I'd like to save my warranty lol so headers are out of the question

Muffler and resonator delete gets pretty loud, but it's raspy. If you don't like that sound, take out the muffler/resonator and add either SLP LoudMouth 1 or Spintech. Both are pretty loud and sound great.

Here is my Corsa Exhaust, cold start. I do have headers, but it would still sound good without the headers. When you drive normal, the exhaust is quiet almost like it is not even there. But it gets loud when you put your foot in it. It is the best of both worlds, quiet and loud. It is really loud on cold starts and not as loud on when it warms up. No drone! None!

I'd say one of the Magnaflow comp series. They even offer a center exit that has no mufflers or resonators if you really want loud.

What's the loudest? Easy = Whipple 2.9L Supercharger, Night Fury Cam, Heads, Meth Injection, CAI, 1 7/8" SW Long Tube Headers, X-Pipe, Cats Deleted, Resonators Deleted, Mufflers Deleted...mine is WAY too loud - currently looking at options for mufflers as we speak!!!
