Actually I believe I used Volk Gt30 wheels. OZ design is similar.
One a extra note: The reason I chose a forged contempary design design is for a few reasons: -Its a newer car with retro cues, I tried retro styled wheels during the rendering and over saturated the car with a retro look. In my opinion cragar style wheels are dont fit the look of this car. -The forged wheels are performance item. It serves a purpose. -These wheels or similar design have a deep dish design which tends to tip its hat to traditional american cues, but still has a modern spoke design. I felt that had to be noted. Some people tend to call these wheels "import" wheel, when instead they actually are universal in use; from Euro, Japanese, and American.

Could you post up the standard image for this one, please? My computer distorts the wallpaper pictures, and I REALLY want to be able to see this one clearly.

found this on another forum, from the father on the Z28
The Z28 is STILL NOT dead!!!

I don't know how these things get life -- but let me assure EVERYONE -- that every car and truck program out there is on the table right now -- and I think I can safely say that this is the case at the other two American manufacturers -- all one has to do is to look at what's happening to new vehicle sales -- coupled with the housing meltdown -- the budget deficit -- the elections -- the Dow Jones Industrials down by a breathtaking amount -- and of course, high energy costs that are forcing the price of everything upward................ Let us take a quick walk down memory lane - shall we? Jinx i was wondering, since you make all these renderings to various parts, why not the back up lights? Just a thought, but if theres a reason to it then i dont care, i was just asking. But all i can say is you would do an awesome job at GM!!

Well to answer the question anyway about the reverse lights; I was thinking in the line of feasible production. Meaning:
-same bolt on locations for Z28 pieces -attempting to comply with existing model to model hardware (ex: bumper supports, exhaust routing, and not severely changing the airflow to radiator and etc) -and finally, attempting to comply with guideline that would be held up by other models (ex. reverse lamp location) On that last one about guidelines; I read before that the placement of the reverse lamps are in that location due to demands of exporting countries' laws, recent DOT requirements, and new crash standards. With that in mind, I think if both a V6 and SS requires it to be in that place, then so would the Z28, even thought I wish it could be placed like this:

Ok, well i was just wondering and now it makes sense, but seeing how this was just a rendering i thought a couple things could be different. and on that note ( I dont know if you said this or not) do you not like the mail slot or is that another one of the things that cant be on it?
