What are you getting, manual or automatic?
Yup, what transmission are you guys getting?
I'm definitely going for a manual trans. I've learned driving with a stick in driving school and loved it ever since, but unfortunately i have been driving an automatic for the last two years. can't wait to get a stick shift again. |

Sometimes I think the manual is a pain in the butt, but it's well worth it...and cheaper too!

Manual all the way. I will be a change tho for me to go from the long throw in my truck to a short throw in the Camaro.

Manual for sure. This car will be driven to work maybe twice a month. The rest of the time it'll be weekends and car shows. I always regreted not getting the maual in my other f-body's

Since it's not going to be my daily driver (have a Pilot and CR-V for that), manual definitely.

Manual - Thus the shifty 6. I won't drive anything but a manual. All there is to do in an auto is steer, that's no fun. Besides, nothing beats down shifting and getting the rpm's right and you hear the throaty v8.

Automatic.
For my cruiser and from a performance standpoint, auto is much more consistent

For the V8, only a manual will do.
