I think the 3 remaining dealers scheduled to close are SUnrise, Demers and Lachapelle but that is just a guess based on market share and location.

I confirmed, with my salesmanager, today that Leggat Chev will NOT be closing
It doesn't suprise me, and it makes a lot of scence, to start closing the dealerships with Pontiac products, since that line will be gone come 2010.

The dealer in my hometown got the axe I guess. Only 800 people in the town so I half-expected it to go but you never want to see that happen.
I've also heard that the Saskatoon and Regina dealers are all ok.

So sad. My family bought a 1969 Beaumont from Plaza on Dufferin St. in Downsview and a 1981 Grand Prix from Addison on Bay St. in Toronto. A relative sourced my 1999 Grand Am for me from Hawley in Mississauga, and a 1998 Sunfire and a 2003 Vibe also from Hawley, I think. My dad had a 1962 Pontiac Laurentian as his first car before getting married. We also occasionally brought our cars in for service at Pine View in Vaughan. Now this confirms Plaza, Hawley, and Pine View are all history. What the heck is going on? :(

As far as I know Old Mill Pontiac is not closing, actually broke ground on the new facility recently.

The easiest dealerships to close are the Pontiac ones, since the brand is being dropped by GM. My dad bought his 1969 Pontiac, and I bought my first car in 1985, from Plaza.
