Oh gee another 6th gen rendering? But wait..?
Say what you will (I think it's ironic) but has anyone seen this render yet? Nothing "official" was attached but it just popped up on my Facebook wall this morning and I thought I'd share..

This is probably the ugliest one imo. Looks like someone slapped the front end of the 3rd gen to the rear end of the 5th gen.

It would have definitely made a better 4th Gen body style than the current. Can you say "arrowhead on wheels".

I also forgot to mention that from my initial thoughts I thought the car actually had a bit of early 4th gen in the upper front fascia. Granted there's more in the tail and on the hood but I think that with the LT1 powerplant destined to reside in the engine bay (or the 5.5L derivative) I'd think that we may never see another Z/28.
We have the 1LE, we have the ZL1, we have the SS as the basic V8 and then RS trim. In the end I think that unless they dropped the ZL1 moniker for the Z28 on that platform.. what would the Z28 be? The 1LE and RS have roots in the third gen as well as the 4th gen. And depending on how they go.. who knows if GM could build on this or something else to further evolve the Camaro design language? Also anyone feeling Nissan Z series when they look at the head on view? |

The Nissan looks much more refined compared to that concept, but concept drawings always look out of whack. |
