Question for any Camaro SS owners
I’m looking to buy a 2010-2011 Camaro SS. Probably a 2SS/RS. I’m just curious how these cars do at 100k+ miles. I have a couple in mind that are basically at 100k miles, and they want roughly 15k for each. Is that a decent price? Or should I try and go lower, or is it even worth it at that mileage. They’re both clean and have no accidents with regular maintenance. Let me know what you think.

Kbb.com for my area says 12700 - 15500 for a 2011 2ss rs with 100k on it. My opinion... 15K is too much to pay.
Good Luck |

Providing that the car has been moderately well maintained, these cars seem to be pretty solid. I have 90+ on mine with mods and doing well.

Sorry but I only have 25k on mine.
Price sounds a little high, but if from original owner that took care and maintained it, would be worth it. Another thing is these cars are reasonably easy to work on if you did run into issues.

Financing involved? If so, don't.

Bang for my bucks
For about the same money ($ 26-$ 28K) I can get the following convertibles:
2014 1SS with 17K miles. 2017 1LT with 6K miles. 4 cyl. Turbo. 2017 1SS with 24K miles. I am asking for input about what I may need to consider. Good and bad. 2017’s have a new frame. What does that mean to me? The 2014 has the best color combo but I like the hood better on 2017. Any input is appreciated. |

Look around for something with lower miles, they are out there. Plenty with 25k - 50k miles around. Mine has 50k miles now, bought it 3 years ago with 27k miles for $20k

Is your clutch fully disengaging? If so, get your transmission rebuilt with new synchros. Or try a better transmission fluid if you want see if it helps. I like Redline. You are best off searching and not thread jacking. It helps to list some details about the vehicle. How many miles are on it? How many miles have you owned it for, and do you know the maintenance history?
