Good luck to all of your participating.
I'd make a weight resolution if that hadn't been one of my three this past year. To lose 20 lbs; that was the goal, and was accomplished by mid-June, leaving me at the perfectly healthy 163 lbs (for a 6'0 kid), ultimately down from 223.
It'll be hard, but stick to it! The payoff is well worth the effort.

I'm not sure how that is gonna play out as I'm gonna try to bulk up with some muscle mass as well. Maybe HPRII can keep me on track there.

No more fast food, sodas, fried food. More lean protien and healthy snacks. I need to get my metabolism fired up.

and most of all.... Stop eating before bed!!!!

............
Yes I can help you. Gaining is so much for fun, but also a little harder

Why not 40 lbs? That is reasonable.

There is no reason anyone can not hit these goals. It takes time and commitment. If we all need extra $$ to go on vacation, we work hard to save here and there..it's the same commitment. You have to want it and want it bad. It's hard to walk away from chocolates, sweets, those nice butter rolls at the steakhouse... but you can, we all can. When you sit down for a 'healthy' meal, already have made up your mind you don't want that junk, that junk got me here and I don't want to be here. Get an attitude about it, you are better than this and you can do it. Those small little snacks that you don't think matter ....well, it does.

It's all about choices, and learning how to make the best choices. I think we have some great, healthy people that can help those learn to make good choices.

I will be glad to help anyone wanting to improve their health.

We'll see. College food isn't very conducive for that.
Neither is beer. Or is that what you meant by "college food"?

I lost 30lbs last year and gained it back.
Proper Diet + circuit training = healthy FAT loss! (no FAD diets! Just eat properly)

Same thing this year but I wont gain it back...

I'm here with you all and before anyone says anything... Becky already calls me skinny minny

I'm not here to lose weight per se but more to get healthy and in better shape. I've had some heart issues over the last year and I don't eat right. I need to get moving again so I'm going to start with walking and basic exercises.

I pray every finds health and happiness this year! Love you guys

Well, allow me to lend a helping hand here. The famous Gracie's have started a new diet website that shows a few recipes and videos on how to make some food items. You can find it here:

I did NOT want to get up and go to the gym after the late night, but I did! Feeling like I WILL stick with the exercise. How is everyone else doing? Decided I didn't want to wait until Monday...
