A "Bumblee Package" that looked much more like the car from either movie would've been cool but despite the fact that I like Transformers and I like the Camaro this is just rather blah IMO. This would cost more, but it would've been much more interesting. The Sunrise Yellow paint might've made a nice secondary super deluxe option if they'd done a Bumblebee package but the price is crazy and it would make no sense with this more generic Transformers package.

I think the embroidered console top and wheel caps are kind of cool, but those emblems just look like when ricer kids put the GT-R badges on their Honda Civics.

Also, still no glossy stripes? So it isn't the right color of yellow, the stripes aren't the right shininess or length.

Not for me. I am sure GM will sell some to some die hard people. But what I am most worried about is crooked/misinformed dealers. Here's what I mean.

customer: "So this bumblebee package will make my car look exactly like Bumblebee out of the movie?"

salesman: "Yep. Sign here please."

On a somewhat positive note though, it is actually a pretty good deal for that package. I mean rally stripes by themselves are like a $500 option, and embroidering isn't cheap so I don't think GM is making a ton of money off of this package. It is just a neat option for transformers fans to consider. And I think that A LOT of people would have never considered this car until they saw the transformers movies.

By the way - no disrespect to the fbodfather. As you can see, I ordered mine yellow/black stripes. I just think the emblems are a bit much if its not a show car....

Sorry, but I'm just so tired of this Bumblebee / Transformers stuff. It's just all too corny for me. I'm not interested in a car because it's in some goofy movie. I may be in the minority, but that's just me.

These will be the most sought after Camaro models in the future. Building your own is only for now, it has to be a factory job to demand the high future value.

The younger guys on here might want to buy one of these, drive it a year or so, than stash it away for prosperity.

I wish I'd kept a low production car from when I was younger; The California Special Mustangs come to mind. They're prize finds now!

Okay, I've read two of these posts now. I've actually seen in person the bumble bee camaro. I talked to one of the guys as he was loading it up. The bumble bee from the second movie is actually a prototype for the 2012 camaro. If you all wish, I can post pic including, I got shots of the interior.

At least make it look close to Bumblebee in the movie. U know that ground efx, 21" wheels, hood scoop, ect....That thing looks like someone wanted to impress the neighborhood kids by getting Transformer stuff on their car to prove that was really Bumblebee. GM is really reaching with this one here.

Okay here you go. Like I said for all you fans, this version of Bumble Bee is a prototype of 2012, as well as Sideswipe (2012 Stingray Corvette)
