Yes it does, you have to drill one for the brake light wires to go through tho and 2 holes for the corner pieces.

Help
does anyone know how to attach the side spoilers ? I put the actual blade spoiler on and that looks great but confused on last part. can anyone help?

The template should come with the drill holes for the side pieces. Beware, I lined them up perfectly and my sides are a little off. You have to screw them in from inside the trunk. Move the side walls and feel around for the screws, once their in.

Yeah be careful with alignment. Meassure 10 times and cut once as they say. Its hard to get at the bolts to tighten the nut so be patient and take your time. You need a open end wrench and swival sockets, I used those and also no swival, what ever worked to tighten it all up. If you dont get the hole in just the right place and is of a bit you can redrill the hole and use new 3m tape on the end parts and start over. I did, but I'm annal about stuff like that
