hey anyone else using Gorilla lug nuts? going black but i see there are 2 sizes. most posts refer to the stock rims or aftermarket ones.

looking at:

I am using the Gorilla Locks on my ZL1 and have had absolutely no issues with them. They look great with my black rims.

They are both the same "size" just different styles. Both will fit NP but the OEM version looks better IMO.

I had an order for the Black 71643NBC with Apex but they were out of stock for the moment. I heard good things about them though.

I ordered mine through Amazon and they recommended 12mm x 1.5 for the car. I just got them yesterday. Looks like I'll be returning them. Damn it

Ah, yeah. You need 14mm x 1.5

yep. from what i read between the 2, is one is slightly longer then the other.

not sure why they are metric.. sheesh..

I have the 96643BC on mine. Apex states that the 71643NBC are more for after market wheels.

Well I checked on Gorilla's website and it looks like the 12mm will fit on my dad's 4th gen SS. So I will just give them to him.
