Which I guess now means you did make the right decision getting the V6 in the first place but you know if you were not able to get the V8 you would be living in pain every day knowing you made that decision to get the V6.

I plan on doing the same thing with my girlfriend.
Okay you got me....lol I am miserable and I hate my 2010 2LT RS Camaro..lol

This will be my last response to you.....We bought the V6 and had planned on it the entire time to use as a daily. When I realized how much I liked it.....I then decided that I would get a V8 as a secondary vehicle to play around in. I did have to ask forum members advice and this is what this place is for. I made the choice to get a V8 to play only after realizing how much I liked the V6 as a daily. The V6 performs every bit just as good as the V8 due to weight but not quite as fast off the start. Automatic which is what I will have in both you are looking at 96 HP difference as the Auto is 400HP. Hope this clears it up for ya. Now go be happy and get that V8 young man and live worry free!

Trade the 6 banger and get two 2SS/RS's, that will make it right.

I know, I need to. Seems like someone recently said the V6 did not perform...

Sorry. The V6 is the better car.
Its cheaper to buy. Its cheaper to run. It stops faster to spite the single piston brakes, its faster through the slalom to spite the Fe2 suspension. The shifts are smoother than the V8.The front Fascia looks better.
Is it faster in a straight line? No. If you care then good for you. Go get a V8 and drag your buddies. Boost your ego. Make up for what your lacking.

Sorry. Does that offend you?

Just don't come here and try to shame us.

Well since money is a factor for me I did all the math and to own the V8 vs the V6 for 5 years and or 100,000 miles I will be paying an extra $5000 roughly for the SS.... So right now I am leaning 2LT

But as we both know if the V8 and V6 cost exactly the same and annual maintenance was exactly the same lets not kid ourselves we would have SS's on order right now.... and this was my point to get across not to bash the people who ordered V6s.......

Kewl. Welcome to the small group of the logical rational enthusiasts . May I suggest you get the Manual if you can drive a stick. You get the limited slip diff the gearing is better and your more one with your car.

Oh I would not have it any other way I love being able to "drive" my car always dreamed of a M6!. Not only that it saves $1000 off the price!

None? I am 27 and have owned 300-400 HP turbocharged vehicles since I was 16... besides my company vehicle which is a ford edge.
