Won't know until the day, normally in AutoX the course changes every event, and in multi-day events it changes every day.

Depends on the course laid out...last weekend the course we were running had a fast time in the 35 seconds and slow times in the 50+ seconds.

Last year times were from 49 - 1:15 i think.

So is the current info the final word on helmets? I was waiting to buy to know for sure. I will probably buy one anyway, but I do already have a bran new motorcycle helmet. I wil run both autocross & drag.

This has been discussed quite a bit between the C5 Mods and Pedders. We are all of the opinion that the SA2005 and SA2010 helmet rule is the right one for the Autocross. To make this easier for C5 members attending the FEST and participating in the AC we are working on two possible solutions. Please hold off on you helmet purchase until we can get them squared away. We'll have that done SOON
