I had my 2014 ZL1 for sale for months and had only one serious inquiry. I ended up biting the bullet and selling it to the dealership for $3k less than my bottom asking price.
On a positive note... I had a blast owning it! I put 28k miles on her in 2 years and enjoyed every SC whine, tire squeal, tire chirp, skid, and neck jerking shift. I strongly suggest you get your worth of seat time out of your ZL1 if you hadn't done it yet, because sitting on the idea that you are going to get top resell dollar on it, will be pretty frustrating.
