2010 1st - 2nd grind

I have 1000miles on my 2010 with the non factory Hurst short throw and still get the grind 1st -2nd. But when it warms up there’s no grind. Has anyone found answers to this issue yet or still getting the run around from the dealers and GM? The other thing I find is when you board shift, the car kind of falls on its face for a split second in between gears. Anyone else have this issue?

Others have this issue, usually a prelude for failure, look at other threads
