Rick Hendrick bought the 1st, 2nd, and 69th VIN 2012 ZL1s. Never really thought 00069 would be a significant number but I understand why due to the ZL1 history. I believe he also purchased the 000001 and 000002 VIN 2010 SS when they came out in 2009. I don't think he purchased 00069.

Interestingly enough, I have 69 as the last two digits in my VIN. Mine is the 187th xx,x69 VIN car built; or VIN 18,669. Something that makes my Camaro a bit more special to me.

Yes it is also the special release, carbon flash metallic ZL1 only one will be in that color and you can bet the $150,000 were worth it in his opinion.

That car will fetch much more than that in the future no doubt. 1 of 1? Im sure itll get to be worth $1mil at some point.
