hey guys since I work at a Marriott hotel I'm looking into what kind of rate I can get us as a group at one of the Marriott's by the track I might be able to get it cheaper than the 90.00 at the host hotel I'll bring it up at the next meeting I was thinking of taking two days to drive and get to Indy sometime Thurs. afternoon but some people were talking about driving straight threw don't know if I can drive 20hrs+ non stop

Was with Lorenzo earlier when he called to book a room for the Fest and hotel was already full. I am gonna wait for the 2nd hotel.

I booked an extra room on accident, if anybody needs it I figured we could wait a couple of weeks and we could coordinate and I will cancel it so whomever needs it can pick it up. It is double beds though.

Also, what route are you guys planning on taking, I was thinking of meeting the Texas guys in Dallas but I havent decided for sure yet.

that sucks... we called at 6pm today to book ours. I think we got into the host hotel but we didn't get our conformation email yet.... going to call again in the morning and give them our conformation number to make sure we got booked. I do see in the C5F3 threads that they are sold out. crazy that 200+ rooms sold out in less than 24hours.
