What were you North Eastern / "Midwest" people saying about Houston having the chance of hurricanes and rain?

I sometimes thought that hurricanes were punishment for people smart enough to live in places with nice weather, guess I was wrong.

But really, tornadoes, earthquakes, or hurricanes plague nice weather areas.

Nice weather with a chance of disaster or shit weather with the chance of shittier weather... That is the question.

I think the Texas folks have MORE than earned hosting a Fest, they were in Indy in droves, and from what I hear they've been like that for every Fest.

Mods, can we at least give them the time frame so they can put in for their vacation time? I know we are waiting on a couple emails, but...

Folks, we just need to make sure we get a couple things down. When "soon" is said, it really is "soon." I just hope soon is sooner than "soon." Because soon, there will be several people who have to put in for vaca leave and soon won't have cut it for them. So, soon enough, we need to annouce the soon for the sooners so soon won't be a "soon" issue.

I'm out. Vacation days had to be in today :( Put in for F Body and a couple of cycling trips, but I couldn't swing August and possibly Spring on a leave request. Crap

We're working as fast as we can to finalize dates for you early-birds. I'd like nothing more, than to have everyone possible be able to attend the Camaro5 Fest.
