GM Letter Order # - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I'm really sorry if this was answered somewhere, but I can't find it if it was. I got my letter (the 2nd one) from GM today, after they somehow sent it to my brother in Pennsylvania. Kind of odd that they had my name and his address, especially since he has not asked for any information on the Camaro, but anyway...

I was wondering if the order # that is on the print and in the letter is my actual order number, or is it just a # for the website for information. Anyone know?

It is not your actual order number. The 6 digit number is your order number. The number in the letter is just to access the website.

EDIT: BTW, I think there is some information in this thread regarding the order number in the letter - http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10967.
