AEM standalone management system

Anybody thinking or has this on their car? I'm seriously considering this with the wideband O2 sensor to the the most out of the VVT engine. What do you think? AEM is well known for their management systems...

Gonna go real sweet with the Mace Cams if anyone is thinking of that mod.

Looks like I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and get these and let ya'll know how it works out (since no one's responding). Or at the least, I'll be getting the piggyback system with o2 wideband kit.

So is this a stand-alone ECM basically? I don't know much about these things.

I'm with you KMPrenger, I know nothing about the AEM equipment, sorry no help here. Where did you hear about the management system and who would you purchase it from? Do they have any reviews on their web site?

For your application it would be an AEM F/IC controller which will piggy back of your factory ECU allowing the end user to tune fuel and ignition maps to complement your performance modifications. It does also features a built in map sensor sensor and has the capability of supporting larger injectors for force induction applications or an aggressive all motor application. If you are interested in more information or pricing email me at Julio@Bisimoto.com

White Customs tried the piggy back route when they were building their Twin Turbo car with Tracy I think. And they abandoned the idea because the wiring was a nightmare since there was not a diagram.

Don't even know, but they have the car displayed on their website. And they are still active on this forum.

Thanks for all that. Good to know I got a few more options. Youtube'd the stinger and it looks real straight forward.
