54 here and I get it too! He forgot to mention that these modern muscle cars get far better gas mileage than comperable horsepower machines from the 60's. Modern technology has let us have our cake and eat it too!

Glad to see Mr. MacGregor set the jealous, likely Prius-driver straight.

20, and There was no other car I would imagine buying. Classic heritage coupled with modern technology? Thats like asking a custom shop to make your '68 feel like a 2010 Cadillac. Oh wait, they did it. Best move GM has made since the chevette

First off Ron, the manufacturers know that anyone south of 55 years of age probably won’t understand.
Glad that "probably" is in there...

And as much as I would like to knock the person that asked this question, I will respect what he's trying to be (other than trolling... lol) and just let him enjoy whatever he does while I enjoy my muscle cars.

So when did man loose his balls ? I cry everytime I make a payment or go to the gas station which is every 3 days but everytime I get in this beast I feel great. I thinks its about time we got some muscle back.

I feel sorry for those that did not experience the high water mark in North American iron, muscle car production. You missed one helluva ride.
I had a '69 Roadrunner in 1969 (I was 17) and I can tell you for a fact that the "high water mark" in muscle cars (for me) was reached in 2010...she's IOM and has an LS3 stock and she'd eat my old Roadrunner alive.
