Cool Hyper Black Chrome Painted Wheels

Sent my wheels off to my company's parent company in Japan to get them painted. We are looking to bring the equipment to our factory in Florida soon. Here is how the wheels look. Once I get them I will put them on and take some pics. Next step will be get my CCW wheels done with the same coating.

These wheels are painted and not chrome, so you could easily repaint them if they are damaged.
Right now they do this coating for Acura and Lexus (dealer option chrome wheels). Our factory here in Jacksonville paints wheels for Honda and Toyota.

Our process for plastic is the same process we use on wheels. So your product will have Automotive grade paint on it with a clear coat for protection.

It is a sputtering process. We can use nickel, but we usually use Aluminum, Silver or Chrome. We still powder coat the wheel first then, sputter a razor thin layor of metal followed by clear coat.

We might also start doing interior parts as well. Plastic is no problem.
