I have not seen it for myself, but I've heard people on the site complain about fitment issues with Duraflex products.

Don't ever skimp out on cheap parts, body shops will have a nightmare putting them on, getting the fit right, etc.
it's cheaper and easier overall to go OEM. Trust me. |

Where is Extreme Dimensions? They usually chime in by now saying their parts are perfect, and anyone having issues with them is using a body shop that doesn't know what they are doing.....
My advice, run away FAST. Very poor fitment, bad quality standards and terrible customer service.

Just picked my car from the body using duraflex products. I got the string ray kit... 1400 bucks for the kit.... and here comes the bad part. NONE of the peices fit, they all had to cut and trimmed to fit. The shop had my car for over two months and it ended up costing me 3,000 for the install. It's look awesome now, but the product was junk and had to be cut and trim on every inch . Don't buy the product, unless you got nothing but time and money to spare!!!

the zl1 kit is a very popular part but they are not oem parts they are aftermarket fiberglass parts and all will need work including sanding, shaving, filling and prep and paint and we recommend custom body shop to do the install
if you are looking for oem quality and install buy oem gm hope this helps!

Guarantee you'll spend the cost of an OEM kit to get a duraflex kit finished & fit on your car.

I had tried the Z28 rear bumper for the 2010-13 was 4" wider than the car lol. Custom body shop told me to get the damn thing out of there. Still waiting on refund. Went oem 2014 rear and looking to do the front as well now.

Don't do it! Hahaha like everyone else stated, Duraflex has been known to be of poor quality, improper fitment , pieces come warped etc. Plus Duraflex is what it's called, what it does is in the name. Its fexibale and of poor quality and warps like a son of gun. I know a buddy who bought a wide body "Guyver" kit by Duraflex from Car ID for a few grand and the quality was just terrible and the auto body shop had to cut a trim pieces. Took them nearly 3 months because of how bad it was. Cost him above $3000 smackers because of all the labor it took on the parts. If you don't go through the hard work of cutting and making it fit right and just slap it on you have turned your lovely camaro into a teenagers ricy Honda civic lol. Save yourself or whatever shop you take it to the heartache and go for the good stuff. Its expensive for a reason and hits the wallet but will be more cost and time effective. Go for quality! I'm glad I did with my spoiler, side skirts and splitter !
