Autotrader has 8 2012 ZL1's 55K and under. There is one on there for 52k with only 75 miles GM certified. Maybe talk them down to the 40's too. A full loaded 2SS/ RS, 1LE, and other stuff like dual mode exhaust easily gets to 45K.

Doesn't really matter if it's once a month or only on Mondays. There is a noticeable difference if driven at night.

You can make your own or have somebody build some if you want RS headlights without the rest of the stuff.

Hope someone at GM is reading this as HIDs are standard on the Mustang.
IMO GM should At least make HIDs a stand alone option.
I consider it a safety item especially for those of us whose night vision is not as good as it used to be.

I hope GM is reading this and does not make HIDs standard. You want HIDs pay for the RS package. Pay to play, if everything was standard what since does does that make?

I agree that HID's should be standard at least on the 2SS. If not you should be able to get them as a stand alone option.

I went and checked out the HID's with the halo in person, then went inside and added the RS package to my order

I made the choice not to go with the RS package for a couple of reasons.
The black moulding and antenna actaully add to the contrast of the car, and the RS price was pretty steep just for HID headlights.

Me too Cooley. In my case it will be the crystal red, and i feel the lights are not worth it.

The fact that you get headlights that are brighter than halogens (or at least they seem like they are brighter) is what swayed me on RS package. Glad I did it, no regrets.

I have HID headlights on my current car, and think I would have had a hard time going back to non HID. That along with how cool the halos look is what pushed me to make the addition. I had a bad feeling I'd regret not getting them after I took delivery of the car and didn't want to have to mess with trying to retrofit something after the fact. It was a pricey addition but hopefully worth it in the long run
