New North Jersey Cruise Group

Hey guys,

I’m gonna put this out there right away. I own a mustang not a camaro. But I do love camaros and pretty much all American muscle cars. Well anyways, I just started a meetup.com group looking for north NJ car enthusiasts looking to meetup for some cruises on the weekend when it’s nice out.

If you’re interested and from the area, I’d love to get some camaro guys to join.

First cruise is next Sunday the 29th looping around Upper Greenwood Lake and Greenwood Lake.

Here’s a pic of my stang, it’s a 07 GT/CS which stands for California Special. It’s got full exhaust with long tube headers, ford racing hot rod cams, 4.10 gears, and all the normal bolt-ons like intake, pulleys, delete plates, etc.

Hope to see some camaros cruise with us!

Ha when the cuts outs are open they sure as heck do!! Unfortunately one of the motors died so they are sealed off till I get it fixed lol

Also the Whiskey Cafe car show in Carlstad starts up Sat May 5th, that's a great show to attend, runs all summer

i belong to a group with alot of camaros and other cars,vettes,chargers,challengers. we would love to meet up. we have a cruise this saturday to chatterbox and next week we are cruising to whiskeys. we are located all over north nj.

I will re-evaluate later in the week if our first cruise should be moved from Sunday to Saturday depending upon weather. If we do move it to Sat. What time is the cruise to the chatterbox and would you entertain the idea of possibly merging the meetup.com event with your cruise to the chatterbox? Only thing is, not all of the cars in the meetup.com group are American muscle cars, so if you think they wouldn't be welcome at the chatterbox I'll keep the events separate, I don't want to exclude anyone in my meetup group.

i have a post already on C5 about this saturday chatterbox. all the info is there. i am meeting people in totowa on rt46 at toysrus at 1:15pm and then meeting the rest in denville at a diner off rt 80 2pm. we want to be at chatterbox by 3pm. i can email you the info if you want. as far as cars, we dont care what kind of cars come, the more the better. last time we had a truck with us. its just fun cruising with alot of cars.

David, I'll be meeting up with you guys at the Toys R Us in Totowa tomorrow. Thanks again for the invite.

Let me know if you want me to add this cruise to the meetup.com group and/or announce it in the email I send out to the group tomorrow confirming the first cruise on Sunday.
