I think chazcron is pretty spot on except for what appears to be clear lenses all the way thru because the red only shows up once the taillights/brakes were applied.

However what confused me is that little piece of red on the right side of the lenses.. It almost appears at first to be the body color of the car however we can clearly see the car is not red underneath nor does that red show when the taillights/brakes are not on.

I don't see it being angled in a "v" with the second row underneath as some suggested as there is what appears to be not enough room underneath to add another row because you also need a framing.

I still think that chazcron might have one heck of a close example of what is hiding under there..

Hey y'all, I'm new around here. Anyways, I made an account to share what I think the rear tail lights might look like, based heavily of of these spy shots and the recently revealed rear end (with a little c7 corvette influence thrown in). Would love to hear any thoughts or opinions!

I think your rendering is the closest yet for the tail lights.
Although I wonder if they will be 2 segments, like yours, or 3 segments.
