guys is it just me or does there seem to be a scoop in the lower bumper look at the circled area in my post for clarification

it looks sunk in to me that black upside down L shape then again it may just be part of the camo but idk

I don't think so. Looks like just the way the camo pattern is. Look directly above it and you'll see the same pattern turned 90 degrees clockwise.
