I agree, I wouldn't do it on a personal car but if someone wanted to be different or is really into car shows it is an option. Plenty of people just do a blower to pop the hood at shows.

Very true, it would make a good conversation starter for sure.

What makes you think it would be so hard? It even comes with the same rods as an LSX376-B15, I was looking at running the stage 2 package, except with a whipple instead of KB link: http://d3cadillac.com/ (go to ultrachargers, under CTS-V performance upgrades)
I think I could keep boost down around 16-17 psi if I run full bolt ons as well as the kit, and if I don't hit 800 RWHP I'll go for a bigger cam, then heads and if that still doesn't do it then I'll just go full forged. But I get the feeling 800 RWHP shouldn't be impossible...? Can you link me to some builds where the LSA has gone kaput?

The LSA doens't have the same rods as the LSX376. The LSA has hyperexplosive everything inside.

Oh, and there's something to drool about up there ^ Nice work man, ADM is fantastic.

The turbos are fine, but the air intakes wouldn't be.

Didn't they tell you when you bought your car that Camaro's melt in the rain?

You put the K&N water proof panty hose covers on them!

Really? "The LSX376-B15 engine uses the tough connecting rods from the Camaro ZL1’s LSA engine, which were designed from the outset for a supercharged engine." -- source: http://www.dragzine.com/tech-stories...at-chevy-perf/

I'm starting to question your information....

So would a regular TT kit work (on a ZL1) if I just put on say an LSXR manifold, some bigger injectors, and the supporting mods?

Moving the filters is easy. AGP has a nice CAI kit that puts them up in the fenders, or you can angle them up to get another 4-5" of ground clearance.

Stock ls3 intake would work fine. No reason to waste money on a LSXR. ADM and CMS have both done TT ZL1s using modified AGP kits. Awesome setup.

That's very much what I'm looking for, my only concern is I want a very linear power band, do you think you could link me to some of those builds?
