Have some friends who want to join us but want to stay at the host hotel.
Let me know if you can not make it we would appreciate a room for our friends.

I have two rooms at the host hotel Wyndham and have to alter my travel plans. One of these rooms will be available as I will be canceling shortly. Maybe we can work this out for your friends. Contact me.
