I guess I'm one of the few that likes having XM - they gave me a pretty good deal to resubscribe for a year.

Maybe it's because many of you are East of the Rockies or in cities. I tend to do a LOT of cruising of the backroads of Washington. There are times I tire of listening to the iPod, and having sports/comedy or other things available is nice when there are really no good radio stations available in the middle of nowhere

I have received no less than a dozen calls from XM over the last two weeks. They never leave a message when they call. I finally returned a call and the girl that answered stated they were calling to inform me my service had expired. I said, "That is painfully obvious because I can't listen to XM anymore". I asked her to pass the word along that they should leave messages when they call, so people know what they want. She apologized and stated she would put me on the do not call list.

Within 18 hours of that call, I received 3 more calls from XM, none with messages. I called 3 times this morning. Each time I politely asked for a manager, and was hung up on every time. On the 4th call I was able to speak to a "supervisor" with the affect of a rock. After a painful 10 minute conversation, she was "unable" to locate my information in their computers by using my name, phone number of home address. She persistently asked for my email address. I refused to give it to her explaining that I did not want to provide another avenue for them to continue to harass me, and that I would file a complaint if they contacted me again. I told her someone there had no problem finding my number and using it daily.

I ended the conversation by telling her she had all of the info she needed to look up my file and that I refused to give her my email address. I proceeded to explain to her that she needed to do some legwork to assure that they never contact me again.

Anyone else had problems like this?
I have had problems with them double billing and a CS supervisor calling me Dumb that was a mistake Trust me the Army came out in me real quick lol

But i have found that if you get their out source @ what ever country over seas They Suck the life from this great planet. everytime i speak to someone in North America i get great service and support just my Experience.

I have had XM radio on seven vehicles in the last ten years and have never had a problem with customer service. I like the stations that are available, and every time that I have sold a car and bought a new one, there has been no problem transfering the remaining amount of service that I have paid for plus the three month free introductory service on the new vehicle.

I have numerous friends that have had the same good experience that I have.

Sirius= good, XM= bad. I only recieved a mail invite for the promo. since I'm stuck with it in this car and not wanting an aftermarket "sportster" type anywhere near my car, I opt for 600 songs on the flash drive and the $20 for 5 months is cheap...

We got a reminder in the mail that our trial was going to be up April 6th. We didn't do anything so on April 7th, no XM. A couple weeks later, we got a bill for $46 and change with the dates of service April 7 thru 9. Two days of service, that I never had, for 46.00??? I called. And spoke w/ "Hillary" with a personality of a split pea. She said that someone had called on April 8th to set up a subscription. Ok so IF someone called, why do I not have service? And that I would not pay 46.00 for 2 days of service I never had. She said the charge would be removed and tried to sell me a subscription. I said no thanks, that's too expensive since the car is not driven daily. She finally offered the 20.00 for 5 month deal which I accepted. I haven't received the bill yet to see if its screwed up or not. And I did not give them a credit card # thanks to previous posts about them here!

So far there service has been good for me, when my old car got broken into and the xm receiver got stolen they transferred the plan to another radio within the family. My service expires this month and no calls yet ...

I received my car in August of 09, xm turned on, worked great! Never received a phone call about updating service. I did receive letters in the mail and never answered them. My xm was not turned off until about 3 weeks ago:( I thought I might have had it forever and not paid a dime.
