I am LOST. One thread talks about all deliveries being held up until some big dealer unveiling in May. Another says someone is expecting delivery in a few days. Anyone know what is going on?

if your number #1, my dealer said they have the first 3 in production, yours looks good with custom stripes never thought of something different

Wish we did. I've stopped my ranting as of this last weekend. No real answers, just logistic Zen guys with answers of their own.

On the bright side, I like your custom stripes in your photoshop. Looks cool.

It's gonna come down to the dealer. It's completely their call. GM wants us to wait, but can't tell us how to do business.

The OP isn't asking what the DEALER is going to do; he's asking whether all the cars are not being delivered to the dealers until May (I think). There is NO WAY they are going to sit on million of dollars for another month. NO WAY.

I really hope that you are correct and that all you guys with VINs get your cars delivered soon!

I am still at 1100 and just hoping mine gets built soon.

I was at my dealer today, they were allocated 2 in this first setup. (I am thinking the two is from original build date til the sort of ending for this year's in October that they've spoke of?) Anyway, I am the second Camaro that is to be at this dealer as far as ones ordered. The guy ahead of me still has yet to receive a vin, build date or anything. But the dealer was told last week, and it was confirmed this week that ALL dealers will within the next weeks be receiving a 1LT or 2LT. The dealers aren't sure what color they'll get or what options; but they will have a V6 Camaro. They want all dealers to have a Camaro for the big Camaro day that Chev is wanting to have happen. This is cool, I'm fine by it because I don't want anymore people pawing all over mine; but it sure would be nice to know when they even were thinking of building mine? I don't care if its June, July, August, etc...whatever, just would like to have a clue in hell ya know? Anyway, that's what I was told today; hopefully I'm not repeating what someone else already said.

My dealer would tend to agree with you in an understated way. They ordered a custom AND will get their v6. I asked him if he was going to hide the custom until...........that's as far as I got he said "HELL no. We're selling BOTH just as fast as they come in if we can". There is your answer. Some dealers might, and some won't. But GM ain't holding on to all those cars.
