Only if you removing them proves to be the sole reason something on your vehicle messes up...basically no. There is a great thread on the factory warranty. I'm pretty sure no single thing will void the ENTIRE warranty. This is what I gather though, don't take my word, read up.

To be more clear, will it affect my engine warranty? I understand that it will void my exhaust warranty.

I wouldn't worry about it... if it did, every Cat back system would also void the warranty and that's not true. I was thinking about doing the res-delete myself. The MRTv1.0 already sounds great on it's own, but I wouldn't mind it being a little louder either.
