Turtlewax no hose wash..best product ever

Where I live the water is well water...which makes it impossible to wash the car without leaving spots...I saw this product demo'd at the chicago auto show...and finally bought some...this stuff is amazing...it takes half the time to wash the car and no water spots!

mix 4 oz of the product in 2 gal of water...apply with microfiber...dry with micro fiber...I LOVE THIS PRODUCT

Rinse Free Wash & Wax from Turtle Wax

the thing we have found on some of the detailing sites is it works well, but there are others that are far more economical nad work just as well. This is a 32 Oz for 12 bucks - that's 8 car washes per bottle,

Duragloss with carnuba rinsless is 12 oz for 10 bucks and is 1 oz per application (2 gal) in 12 oz bottles - that 12 washes per bottle - 4 more washes free.

The same with Blackfire and Optimum no rinse..more washes per bottle.

And yes, I have used all of them incl the turtle wax...and I do like it.

I will have to give it a try, I have well water and the car looks like crap after I wash it at home. I go to the "you do it" car wash that costs me about $7, and then spray with Black Detailer when I get home. It would be great to be able to just wash it and be done with it. I'm not one of those guys that enjoys washing the car all the time.

Rained alto here recently so the car is pretty dirty, would I be safer to rinse and then quickly use the rinse free wash?

yes .rinseless is only for slightly dirty cars...rinse as much as possible first -

there is a method for using rinseless that eliminates scratching the car with dirt that is called the "garry dean method" named after the "inventor" watch here:

I have used this for a year and have yet to scratch a car....I use the duragloss....

Have you tried complete rinseless washes with drying each panel after washing it? This reduces the dwell time that the water has to sit on a panel.

Interesting, thanks for posting ! This is nice for those times when your out of town for a car show, or it rains on the way to a show out of town or whatever. I know I could have used this solution last year a few times, going to Canada and Indy.

it requires you to have 10 super plush MF towels but so much worth it. My last car never saw a hose in 12 months...You don't need any two bucket crap becasue you never go back to the wash bucket with a towel....it is ingenious....yet so simple

my buddy and I do it every Sunday before football/baseball at the sports bar:

not to mention "crystal seal" - an absolute god send if you hate detailing....

Agreed ^

And super cheap, pick up a home depot bucket and gamma lid - $10 tops.

Glen where do you get microfibers from? I need to pick up a couple more but AG is just not worth it with shipping.

This is the place that sells them to most detailing houses - I probably buy 30 of these a year - they are excellent:
