Does anyone know when they started charging for Inferno Orange paint from the factory? When I ordered my Camaro, the only paint charge was for Red Jewel Tint...course I pre-ordered.

2011 started charging for RJT, RY and IOM.
IOM was the only paint with an additional
charge in 2010.

Weird cause a guy from work bought a pre-owned 2010 that shows a charge for IOM on the sticker?

yes, after the initial pre order, once the build started. Those who pre ordered before the initial start of the build were guaranteed no charge, but they started charging everyone else. It shows a charge on my window sticker, but it was removed by the dealer from the cost since GM was covering the charge.

2010's had the extra charge for RJT from the start, even with the Pre-Orders.

IOM and RJT always had an extra start from the begining. It was not notified to buyers on initial order of 2008 but when they got their cars it was automatically added.

I was aware of the extra charge right from the start, it was in all of the information that Camaro5 listed and provided right from the beginning. This was in September of 08.
