68 Olds Cutlass Convertible.
Grandfather gave me it at 16 and I drove it into the ground and eventually the junk yard.
What a shame!
Been kicking myself in the butt for years over that one.

I have two that fall into the "I don't know why I ever sold it" category, my 1987 IROC Camaro and my 2000 Lightning. The IROC was the first new car I ever paid for on my own and I absolutely loved it. Kept that car for 10 years until for some reason it was the one taking up room in my garage that I thought would be the easiest to part with. The Lightning was bought used with about 5k on it, but was bone stock. Had it for about a week in that state before I put a Kenne Bell on it. That truck was so versatile. I could pull my car trailer with it, unhook everything, make a few passes, hook everything back up and go home. My Syclone was faster, but not a truck that is as daily driver friendly, in my opinion.
Well I created the thread and I did ask the question of what would it be worth today. I don't understand why people have to try to change what the OP asks, but it seems like it is happening a lot any more. Respect what the OP Asks and just answer their question without putting your own spin on it.
Thank you.

I can see a lot of people feel like I do about some of their previous cars.

As they say you live and learn. I will not be selling my Camaro and will buy back one or two of the ones I sold that I loved. I actually tried buying back my 2500HD but the guy who bought it didn't want to sell it.

Unfortunately most of the cars I would want back are either too expensive or too old and probably long gone to the great junkyard in the sky.

Of my recent cars I guess my 2007 Saturn Sky would be at the top of my list. It was the 351st Sky built.
Here I am driving it at Bristol.

I will also say that I sold the Tbird turbo coupe cause I thought I killed the clutch in it cause back then I didn't know much about stick shifts and easy it was to fix them. The car would start but not move when put into gear and it felt floppy in the gear shift. Being that I didn't have the money to put a new clutch I put it up for sale and sold it. But based on what I know now through this forum and some friends I am pretty certain that the linkage that was prolly loose or off or broken which is a lot cheaper than a clutch. Oh and Tbirds turbo coupes don't go for a lot now they range in the 3 to 5k for a decent driver but it can be hard finding a Stick shift one.

My first car, 1975 Pontiac Grandville Convertible. Which was a hand me down from my father who had bought it brand new when I was 5 year old.

I've only sold 1 vehicle in my life...1978 Camaro Type LT. Nothing really special but it was clean for a '78. I don't completely regret selling it but it had sentimental value to me. It was my first car and I had it for 12 years. Lots of memories from growing up and working on it. My 2011 SS is everything I wanted on my '78 in power, drivetrain, and handling.
