I may have a problem...being deployed

I was just informed today that I may get orders to change squadrons...

basically it would mean I'd be going on deployment from Dec-June if i do

i'd miss the release of the Camaro, i'm already #5 on my dealers list and was planning on ordering on Monday, but whats the point if i won't be here @ launch?

if this happens, should i just wait for some of the delayed options like HUD?

its not for sure yet, but i'm trying to plan for the different scenerios. opinions?

i would just wait, it's not like you'll be the first to be rollin' around in it if you get back in june. and if you get a later shipment, they will have fixed all of the first allotment bugs and you could wait until hud or get yourself a late summer present or something.

I am in the same boat! I am going to be in Bahrain when the Camaro starts shipping and I will be there until just before the 2011 comes out. I want one right away but IMHO im just gonna wait for the '11. That way I can get the latest and greates and any (if any) bugs could be worked out.

I'd wait. There's really no function in getting your new car until you return. Be safe out there, and stand tall for your country. We're all behind you. :flag2:

heck yes we will. im thinking about bringing down my 78 camaro once i get situated in pensacola. it shouldnt cost too much to do it. i live in north idaho. Hauser to be exact. its only 2570ish miles.
that means at worst, about $875 in gas.

hopefully i can find a buddy at A school to come with me and knock down the drive time.
plust it would be more fun.
