1/4 mile in North Carolina
OK, so I checked with the tracks close to Fayetteville, NC and can not get any good info about test and tunes this coming weekend. Why do these site not update the information on there websites? I NEED to go down the track this weekend and I am already going to the Fayetteville area. Someone want to tell me where the tracks that do open racing on Friday night or Saturday are?
Also, why are there so many 1/8 mile tracks in the Carolinas

There is test and tune Sunday at Fayetteville. The track opens at 12 and racing starts at 1 if they do like last year.

ZMax does test n tunes as well. Talking about some fun! I know that is quite a ride for you, but you should try to make it sometime. They do an entire summer series out there.

The one at the rock runs Saturday thru Monday with test and tune tomorrow afternoon, should be a good long weekend.

So much for the 1/4 at the rock, they were running 1/8th mile. My car broke on the way to the track Friday so I couldn't go until today. My runs were so slow that I packed it up and came home early. Better luck next time I guess.

The Rock is my favorite NC track. VMP is my favorite VA track. MIR is my favorite 1/4 mile track period.

The Rock is a good track, there was some pretty good grip on the track for the radial and slick crowd. With my power level and stock drivetrain I just can get enough grip with these tires and to much clutch slip. I think I am done with the strip until I get some parts changed over.
