Fastlane twin pumps??

Any news on how this system works compared to LPE or ADM's setup?

ADM and LPE are close to the same. Our system comes with a new wiring harness with heavier gauge wire to supply proper current to the module and pumps.

I have a few vendors that have bought both Fastlanes and Ours, they stated that ours is clearly more complete kit.

The instructions for ours is here -

Without a question LPE and ADM is a better more complete set up! Lack of the Fuel Control Management with the fastlane leaves the Voltage and amps below specs for operating a twin pump.

I used the Fastlane system on a car and was able to make 710 rwhp before fuel pressure dropped below 50lbs. Changed the system out to the ADM and was able to make 740rwhp before the fuel pressure dropped back under 50lbs.

So what system is recommended for over 750rwhp dont want to spend 1000.00 and then having to change it up.. or should I just go with a return style?

With the exception of the new billet stuff that has recently hit the market, its all factory GM 6.2L CTS-V parts. It is 100% plug and play. Weve done a half dozen or so, and it works flawlessly. I have never used the other vendors stuff so, I cant say wether or not theirs work as well. I would assume so, since they use the exact same parts, so Im sure they work perfect as well.

1) Fuel Pump GM Part # 19207949
2) Fuel cross over line GM Part # 92203244
3) FPDM GM Part # 25967325
4) Fuel sender for the opposite side (I dont remember the part number, but its the CTS-V unit)
5) FPDM Plug (Dont have the part number, but again, it is the plug that connects to the FPDM part # above)

From there, all you need to do, is get the pigtail plug that connects to the float assy, about 3" of high pressure fuel injection line, 2 high pressure crimps, , and a few feet of wire, and your done.

Its quite simple, and nowhere near as expensive, as you may think. You will be into the entire kit quite a bit less than 800 bucks.

Let me know if you need the wiring pin outs, or any of the specific parts. I will be more than happy to email them to you. All you are doing, is converting your car over to the factory GM twin pump system out of the CTS-V.

With those injectors, you will want to DEFINATELY run an external regulator, that is capable of "Boost Reference". If not, you will be riding on the minimum pulse width of the injector, and will fight the proper tuning at idle. By refrencing, you can lower your base pressure, which helps immensley.

Also, you can also run that exact same GM kit, as a full return system. All you will need, is some extra line, and a fitting tapped into the hat. You will also need a regulator. You will need to do some other work as well, but just shoot me a PM, and I will let you know what to do.

Personally, I would step up to the new Fore precision kit. I would not run the GM assembly. I dont feel you would have enough fuel. Although they work awesome, its been proven a hundred times over, that those small pumps cant handle that type of power. We've been running the larger Walbro 255's, in Corvettes for years, and even those, start to push the limits of flow capabilities at the 1000+rwhp level.

Fore Precision is coming out with the triple that should just dominate the market. Their quality is second to none.

So the CTS-V dual pump system from GM works fine at 600 rwhp and is less money than the after market pumps? Interesting. I will check this out.

The new Fore triple hat is amazing. Here's another PRI release that sounds unbelievably promising! Aeromotive is releasing their new Stealth 340 pumps for IN TANK replacements. 30% more flow across the pressure range and has the same body diameter as the Walbros so it bolts right into the Fore precision kits! 3 of these and the Fore billet hat and that 1000 should be pretty easy!

Aeromotive is also releasing a new submersible A1000 "drop in" for the Camaro saddle tanks too for the guys that want to make real BIG power. But for a street car the new Stealth 340's should be super quiet and actually work like a stock pump (turbine style) not a gerotor pump like the Walbro pumps.

http://chevyhardcore.com/news/pri-20...lth-fuel-pump/

Each pump should be less than $175 retail!

I got off work and went straight to my dealer to price the cts-v dual pump set up and this is what I found
Pump. $540
Crossover line $15
Fuel sender opp side of tank $115
Wiring harness $143
Leveling sensor $147
Not sure how this is cheaper than $800 but I'm open to suggestions.
